I found this dress on a recent trip to a vintage store called Night Bird Vintage Clothing located in New Hope, PA. The store has clothing from the 1960s and 70s. I found many different pieces that I really wanted in my collection, but this dress really jumped out to me. I love the neon hues of green, pink, blue, and purple. It wasn’t until I got home and pulled the dress out of the bag that I noticed the pattern on it. In the store, I thought it had boats and landscape on it, which it does, but then I noticed that the pattern is actually a psychedelic take on some of Van Gogh’s masterpieces. Starry Night is even featured! This makes the dress even more amazing and I’m so glad I found it. 1960s, Handmade, $35.
